Victory's Banner is on Vacation til Aug. 31...
Those of you who are our regular customers know that we
close every year in April and August. This year, our August holiday will
be as follows:
- Victory's Banner Restaurant will be closed from Monday, August 16 though Tuesday, August 31. We will re-open again on Wednesday, September 1 at 8:00 a.m.
- Rosoce Blooms/Gratitude~Heart~Garden will NOT close at all. It will be open throughout.
- Victory's Banner Bookstore will be closed through Thursday, September 2. The bookstore will re-open on Friday, September 3 at noon.

You may not know that Roscoe Blooms is now owned by
Victory's Banner! We are also changing our name to
Gratitude-Heart-Garden Florists. If you haven't stepped into our flower
shop, come by and say "aaaahhhh..." It is really a sweet and inspiring
